Teen couple commit suicide together

A first year medical student and a boy preparing for the IIT entrance exam were found hanging from the same ceiling fan in a hotel room.

The police said that no suicide note was found and suspected no foul play as the room was bolted from inside. A police officer said that the couple wished to get married and that their family`s objection might have pushed them to take such a drastic step.

The teenage couple has checked in to the room on Thursday and neither ordered food nor stepped out. Hotel staff called the police when the two did not check even after 4 hours past their check out time.

The girl`s father is a CRPF radio operator and the boy`s father a grocery store owner.
