The release date of Kabali is confirmed as July 1. The audio of the Telugu version will be released in the first week of June. It has been music-directed by Santosh Narayan.

The Telugu version of this gangster flick has been acquired for a huge figure of Rs. 26 cr by Abhishek Pictures, which now has the theatrical rights to distribute it in Andhra Pradesh and Nizam areas. This ace distribution house has another big-ticket release this season: it's Mahesh Babu's Brahmotsavam.
