A. Murugadoss for the very first time has announced officially on our Red Carpet show that he is indeed directing 'Vijay 62' which is his third film with Thalapathy after 'Thuppakki' and 'Kaththi'.  He has also put to rest rumors about the film being the sequel to 'Thuppakki' and confirmed that it will be a fresh new script for which the pre-production has already begun.

ARM is busy with the release of Mahesh Babu's 'Spyder' that is all set to release on 27th of Septemeber aiming at the Dussehra weekend.  From the 1st of October the maverick director will devote his attention to 'Vijay 62' pre-production and the shoot will start from January 2018.
