The Tamil remake of ‘Delhi Belly’ has joined that list of movies that makes ‘n’ number of headlines and creates buzz even before it’s announced. The latest doing the rounds about this flick is that Thaman will compose the tunes for this cult remake.

The tracks from the original ‘Delhi Belly’, an Aamir Khan production, had tunes that rocketed the charts thanks to funny yet novice lyrics and peppy beats. The yet-to-be-titled venture in Tamil will be helmed by director Kannan. PG Muthiah is reportedly the cinematographer.

Recently, rumour mills worked overtime that Arya aka Jammy, Santhanam, Premgi Amaren, Hansika and Anjali will be playing the lead in this multi-starrer but sources close to the makers expressed that nothing has been finalized yet and that an official announcement listing the cast and crew will be made shortly.

UTV Motion Pictures that’s known for its innovative marketing strategies are the makers of this much awaited remake venture.
