Upendra will direct and play act in a tri-lingual (Kannada, Telugu and Tamil) film that will see Nayanatara playing the female lead. The film is the 25th production of Rockline Productions' Venkatesh, a big banner in the Kannada industry.
The film is titled Symbol, and it has raised the curiosity of his fans to a new level, after the announcement of the actor-director that he will surprise the audience with the film. The film was launched on February 18 in Bengaluru. In fact, a schedule of the shooting will be commencing in Hyderabad sometime in April.
Nayanatara has a performance-oriented role here. Also, Ali and Sayaji Shinde will play important roles in Symbol. The makers promise action and music in the film.
The music will be composed by Hari Krishna.
