The much awaited motion poster of Mammootty-Sneha starrer The Great Father` has been released online. The 55 seconds long intriguing motion poster gives a glimpse of the lead star Mammooty, Sneha and child artiste Anikha. The motion poster has been raved about by all for Mammooty`s stylish tough look with a thick beard, intriguing visualisation and haunting background score.

In less than 24 hours, the motion poster garnered more than 4 lakhs views in Youtube and created a huge trend on social media. This is the first time in Malayalam Cinema, a motion poster is creating such a huge hype! Looks like Mammootty is all set to revive his stardom with this upcoming action thriller!

Written and directed by Haneef Adeni, the movie features Mammootty in the central role of David Ninan along with Arya in a pivotal role. Jointly produced by actor Prithviraj, Santhosh Sivan, Shaji Nathan and Arya under the banner of August Cinema, 'The Great Father' will hit the big screens in March 2017.
