The 'Katamarayudu' disappointment

The teaser of 'Katamarayudu', which was supposed to be released on Jan 26th, will not be released that day. The reason seems to be that a protest has been planned at RK Beach, Vizag to demand for Special Category Status. Since Pawan Kalyan is at the forefront of giving the call to people, releasing the teaser of his film should be the last thing.

Others are likely to postpone anything that they may have planned for the Republic Day. Many of the February releases must be looking at bombarding the social media with looks, teasers, singles, etc. In Tamil Nadu, the recent Jallikattu protests prompted Kollywood to shut itself down for a day in solidarity.
