As already announced, GV Films will do the Tamil remake of the Hindi blockbuster ‘Taxi No 9211’ which featured Nana Patekar and John Abraham.

Pasupathi will play the role enacted by Nana Patekar, while ‘Anjathey’ fame Ajmal dons John Abraham's character. Interestingly Simran is also part of the cast.

The crew has zeroed in on the title 'TN - 07 AL 4777' for the Tamil project. Interestingly 4777 is the famous car number of the former Tamilnadu Chief Minister MGR. During MGR's hey days this car number was so famous it was literally the talk of the town.

The shooting for the movie will commence shortly. The presence of Simran and Pasupathi in the star cast has created a lot of expectation for the film.
