Theatre owner arrested for piracy of Eega Tamil Version!

A theatre owner in Coimbatore along with his projector operator, Sathish Kumar and Mohammed Ali, have been arrested for the piracy of SS Rajamouli's Eega (Naan Ee). Satish Kumar is the owner of Velmurugan Theatre in Coimbatore.

It is said that Satish Kumar screened the film secretly even before the film's release and sold its copies to pirates! The pirated version was made available after few hours of the release itself.

Starring Nani, Sudeep and Samantha the film is a revenge drama where the hero avenges his death by reincarnating as a housefly, Eega, a Telugu - Tamil bilingual has received good response in all centers.
