Those movies are haunting Maruthi

Maruthi is one of those directors, who caught the eyeballs of industry people, with his first two films itself. He scored back to back hits with the films 'Ee Rojullo' and 'Bus Stop'.

But the way, he tried to woo the youth with double entendre dialogues and vulgar language, brought him a bad image. Some films with the same formula were also released using him name as one of the producers which strengthened that image of Maruthi.

Though he tried to get out  of that image by making clean films like 'Prema Katha Chitram' and 'Kotha Janta', his earlier films are still haunting him and the first thought the audience get if a Maruthi film is releasing is vulgarity.

Hope this talented director gets out of that image soon.
