The hit pair that was also hot pair from Ganda Hendathi..and a Boy Friend` a remake of Murder` Hindi cinema - Sanjaana and Tilak back again after long gap in Just Akasmika` (meaning just an accident).

This is a film in Ice Pice Productions Private Limited by producer Balakrishna Baraguru. The film commenced shooting and going on till month end in the first schedule.

Vinod Patil, Ramesh Bhat, Mukyamantri Chandru, Sudha Belawadi and others took part in the shoot at Puttanna Studio of MD Kaushik. Himayat Khan is director and Mohammad Haseeb is cameraman.

Shivanand Matapathi has penned dialogues and lyrics, Shivu Jamakhandi is music composer, Dhananjay choreography and Lakshman art direction add to the technical list. Mohan Juneja, Prem Shantha, Sheela Haasan and others are in the cast.
