A few days ago, a private moment involving Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh caught on the camera went viral on social media. It featured the Bollywood stars kissing each other rather romantically.
This has allegedly perturbed Sanjay Leela Bhansali. But why should it? It's because the 'Padmavati' stars hardly have such kind of a relationship in the historical.
At a time when some groups are alleging that Bhansali is distorting history by writing a dreamy sequence involving Rani Padmavati and her enemy-king Alauddin Khilji (played by Ranveer), such offscreen intimacy can be damaging to the much-awaited movie's reputation.
