As per sources the makers have taken all efforts to ensure that Vijay`s cop look in this film is unique and does not resemble the cop look of the lead hero in any other film. It is said that Vijay is sporting a long mustache after a long time for this film, but his looks for the film is being guarded as a top secret.

Meanwhile the makers have reportedly refuted reports suggesting that director Mahendran is acting as the villain in this film. It is said that the veteran is acting in a positive character role.
