The controversial heroine of Kannada cinema Nayana Krishna is facing the tough situation as the 4th Additional City Civil court has rejected the bail application.

Known for slapping director Rushi in slippers at the Kotlolloppo Kai` media meet actress Nayana Krishna was booked in blackmail case of a doctor as her friends Rihana and Gym Raghu supported her in the act. A veteran doctor was seduced by Nayana Krishna and that was captured in the camera. It was later sent to the senior doctor blackmailing for money it is alleged.

Hearing the case and looking at the CD that consisted of this episode the city civil court passed an order that rejected the bail application for actress. Granting of bail would amount to tampering of proof argued the CCB Police.

With this the case related to blackmailing by Nayana Krishna has taken a serious turn.
