Traffic Ramasamy, the 73-year old self-appointed traffic policeman cum public interest litigator and social activist has decided to file a public interest law suit in the Court against director Shankar’s ‘Endhiran’.

When asked about this the senior citizen said, “Normally the government should not allow any happenings or functions in the roads so as to disturb the public. The shoot of ‘Endhiran’ that happened at the Kathipara Bridge had disturbed the citizens who travel by that highway. People were annoyed as they were not able to reach their destinations on time. I have filed several public interest law suits and I have received positive judgments for many.”

“It is illegal to permit such shooting during peak-hours and in such a main area. And because of this people’s basic rights were refused. I feel that government should not permit any such shooting or any other happenings on main roads like this in the future. I have sent telegrams regarding the issue to Tamil Nadu Government and Police officials recently. If the government did not take necessary action in this regards, I will file a case in the Court,” informed the responsible citizen to IndiaGlitz.
