The makers did a recce of twenty two buildings before choosing a non-occupied building in the business district of Parel, Mumbai. The hunt for a perfect location lasted nearly for 2 months, before zeroing on the final shoot locale.

It was these intricate but significant details that were minutely looked into the makers, to bring to trapped the added impact backing the script. To give the film a realistic approach and treatment, the film was shot in a flat on the 30th floor of the building.
