Trisha in a Malayalam remake

Trisha, the reigning queen in Tamil and Telugu film industry, has started to evince keen interest in Tamil films these days.

Her Bheema with Vikram and Kireedom opposite Ajith are nearing completion. Meanwhile, the actor accepted to act alongside Vishal in Sathyam.

The latest buzz doing rounds is that the actor has accepted to act with Prithviraj for a movie titled Kallapart. The movie is a remake of the blockbuster Malayalam film Udayannu Tharam. She enacts the role played by Meena in the original. Prithviraj plays the lead role, while Prakash Raj is acting in a pivotal role in the film.

The movie is supposedly a spoof on the South Indian film industry and it was a blockbuster hit in Kerala.
