It looks like Trivikram Srinivas's Julayi will throw up many surprises. While the comedy track is hemmed in by Allu Arjun himself, Brahmi, Ali, MS Narayana and Tanikella Bharani are going to chip in with their big doses of humour. Illeana too, with her well-known comic sense, will entertain us.

Rao Ramesh, we guess, will be seen in the role of a micro-reformer. Who is he going to reform? Arjun aka Ravi. The hero wants to make quick money through any crooked means. How he realizes in the end the fallacy of his philosophy forms the nub of the story. Trust Trivikram to show a new side to his writing talent in penning lines for this part.

Sonu Sood plays Biitu, a gangster.

Quite in contrast to the title is the film's discourse of betting and the framework of chases and action sequences. In short, the film is about a fear-inducing hero called Arjun, who makes MS say, "Bhayam vestundi ani pictures chooddam manesthama amma, veedu anthe."
