Gautham Vasudev Menon's forthcoming film 'Neethane En Ponvasanthan', which is simultaneously being made in Tamil, Telugu and Hindi, is reportedly facing some trouble, thanks to Ram, who is playing the lead role in the Telugu version.

The movie which has Jiiva playing the lead in the Tamil version and Aditya Roy Kapoor in the Hindi version, has Samantha as the heroine in all the three languages. The project hit the floors recently and Gautham was shooting simultaneously with all the three heroes.

However, it is now said that Ram had walked out of the project, since he felt that it would take much time for Gautham to complete the film, since he is making it in three languages. "Though he was thrilled to be part of a Gautham-directed film, the delay in filming the multilingual had made the actor unhappy," sources say.

The film which was initially titled 'Nithya' was about an engineering student falling for a girl who is doing a course in psychology. "A breezy love story, it would be on the lines of Varanam Aayiram and Vinaithandi Varuvaya, the recent blockbusters of the director," say sources.
