'TT' Back from the Dark!

The national repute director S.V.Rajendra Singh Babu is back from dark after two and half years. His directorial venture a comedy jaunt ‘Thipparahalli Tharlegalu’ featuring S Narayan, Om Prakash Rao, Komal Kumar in the lead roles and Ambarish in a special role of ‘Kanwarlal’ is hitting the screen this week.

Come this Friday, director SV Rajendra Singh Babu ‘Thipparahalli Tharlegalu’ and his assistant in the past Rathnaja's film ‘Premism’ are clashing in the box office with two other Kannada films it is learnt.

On last Saturday noted director SV Rajendra Singh Babu explaining the contents and effort of making this film said this will be a good family entertainer. Singh Babu has once again picked humor with dose of strong message via Dhobi, Tailor and a Poojari.

He brings in 'Kanwarlal' Ambarish, a character that Ambarish had acted in the famous 'Antha' in 1981, in this film and adds further humour flavour for the film. How three commoners in the society use lorry load of currency notes is the thought of Babu. He is known for comedy series Kurigalu Sir Kurigalu, Kothigalu Sir Kothigalu and Kathegalu sir Kathegalu series.

Singh Babu's movies, according to S Narayan are basically sound meaningful soft films but his forte for comedy is wonderful. S Narayan himself a popular director cum actor who grew up in the camp of SV Rajendra Singh Babu lauded the high caliber of his mentor.

Komal Kumar in his comedy address said this film is like a beautiful ripe pickle. He plays Panduranga in the film. Krupakar, the music director, shared that salsa, hip hop style and folk tunes were mixed for a western song.
