After the success of 'Manithan', Udayanidhi Stalin is currently working in director Ezhil`s new film and also another project to be directed by Gaurav of Sigaram Thodu` fame produced by Lyca Entertainment.

The prestigious Sri Thenandal Films is bankrolling another new film directed by newcomer Thalapathy Prabhu starring Udayanidhi Stalin and Parthieban which begins shooting from the 19th of September. Nivetha Pethuraj is the heroine while Soori, Mayilswamy, Nammo Narayanan and others are in the cast. D.Imman is scoring the music for this as yet untitled rural entertainer which is said to be a family based fare on the lines of Varuthapadatha Valibar Sangam`.
