Siddharth has shed his chocolate boy looks for a rugged appearance in this film, alongside debutante Ashrita Shetty. Produced by Dhayanidhi Alahiri under the banner Meeka Entertainment and distributed by Udhayanidhi Stalin under Red Giant Films banner, 'Udhayam NH4' has its music scored by GV Prakash, clinching the credits for chartbusters like 'Yaro Avan' and 'Ora Kannala'.
