Even as his maiden venture as hero 'Oru Kal Oru Kannadi' getting ready to hit the screens on Tamil New Year Day (April 13), producer Udhayanidhi Stalin is listening to stories, as he has decided to continue his journey as actor.

"I have decided to play lead roles in comedy entertainers. I will sure act in at least two or three hilarious movies. After that, I will try my hands in other genres," says the producer of 'Aadhavan' and 'Kuruvi'.

On 'Oru Kal Oru Kannadi', directed by Rajesh M of 'Siva Manasula Sakthi' and 'Boss Engira Baskaran' fame, Udhayanidhi says, "It was a beautiful script which will be loved by one and all. Credits go to Rajesh."

He adds: "I am thankful to Santhanam and Hansika Motwani for co-operating with me in a wonderful way. I felt initially difficult to stand in front of the camera and utter dialogues. But things became easy later thanks to a nice team."
