Udhaynidhi Stalin will be producing under his Red Giant Films banner and acting in the Tamil remake of super hit Bollywood film Jolly LLB`. This is the first remake film in which Udhay will be acting and Hansika is pairing up with him after the super hit Oru Kal Oru Kannadi`. The film will be directed by Ahmed of Endrendurm Punnagai` fame while musical score will be done by Santosh Narayanan.

Indiaglitz has learnt form a reliable source that the film will go on floors on August 27 as Udhyanidhi will be free from his current commitments by the mid of August. He is currently shooting for Geththu` directed by Thirukumaran of Maan Karate` fame. Shooting of talkie portions have been completed for Geththu` while three songs and a fight scene remain to be shot.
