IndiaGlitz reported earlier last month that a film starring Vimal and directed by Seenu Ramasamy will be produced by Udhaynidhi Stalin's Red Giant Movies. Now the project tentatively titled 'Neerparaivagal' is set to go on floors very soon.

The movie's script is set in the backdrop of a fishing hamlet and Vimal is playing a fisherman. Seenu Ramasamy, who is good at bringing human emotions on screen (proof 'Thenmerku Paruvakattru'), has come out with an emotional script once again, it is said.

"The director, to bring more reality to the screenplay, has brought popular writer Jeyamohan on board to pen the dialogues. Since the writer hails from Nagercoil district, his lines are expected to bring authenticity and original flavour to the script," say sources.

A popular actress will be roped into play the leading lady, it is said. Vimal is currently busy with a couple of projects ('Ishtam' and 'Anaithukkum Asaipadu'). But he has adjusted his dates for 'Neerparavaigal', as he was thoroughly impressed by the script, we learn.
