Uppi and Ramya in 3D film!!

The first 3D film was made in Malayalam as 'My Dear Kutti Chetan'. Now the full lengthy fantasy film starring superstar Upendra and charming heroine Ramya (Divya Spandana) with 200 films actor Ambarish in well established director Suresh Krissna is on the floors in efficient cameraman HC Venu tricks. Producer of this lavish Rs.15 crore venture is Munirathna Naidu, President of Kannada Film Producers Association.

The film titled as 'Katari Veera Sura Sundarangi' went on the floors at Ramoji Rao Film City and the sets of hell, heaven and Booloka are part of it for 3D magic in Kannada cinema.

As the title indicates Upendra is Katari Veera and Sura Sundarangi is Ramya. The film is based on the subject written by Upendra and it is shot in 3D but available in 2D theatres says producer Munirathna Naidu. It is in this film rebel star of Kannada cinema Ambarish is in the role of 'Lord of Death-Yama'.

In the meantime director cum producer Ravindra HP is also contemplating on a 3D film in bilingual with Anushka Shetty the heartthrob of South India as heroine.
