The trailblazer of Kannada cinema, showman like Raj Kapoor of Hindi cinema V Ravichandran folded his hands and offered Namasthe` to Karnataka Chief Minister from the place where was speaking. The reason behind this is the support he got from Siddaramaiah when he was the finance minister.

When I was forced to pay the loan and asking for three months time to clear it at Karnataka State Financial Corporation it was Siddaramaiah finance minister then told the officials not to make me sit for Rs.1 crore of loan. I got relief to clear the loans and I don`t forget that support of Siddaramaiaji informed V Ravichandran. It was just a wide smile from Karnataka chief minister for this returning of gratitude.

V Ravichandran looking at the senior colleagues of cinema sitting on the stage said he grew up sitting on the lap of everyone. All of them were attached to Ishwari Films of my father N Veeraswamy and I literally walked to cinema industry with their support he mentioned.
