Vanayudham
Written and directed by AMR Ramesh, "Vana Yuddham" is an upcoming film starring Kishore in the lead role. The film is has been made made bilingual in Tamil as "Vana Yuddham" and in Kannada as "Attahasa" The film is centers around the life of the opprobrious forest bandit Veerappan. The role of Veerappan is played by Kishore in the film who is co-starred by Arjun and Vijayalakshmi. Earlier, the film had many restrictions such as complaints filed by Muthulakshmi who stood against the film as she felt that it portrayed her husband in negative shades. Also, there was a complaint filed by writer T.Gururaj who claimed that the content of his book on Veerappan was being filmed without his permission. Having cleared all those hurdles, the film is now all set for its release on Feb 14th. |
