Varun Tej, who is currently in Ooty for the shooting of 'Mister', injured his leg while filming an action sequence. He was rushed to hospital, but after getting some treatment, the 'Kanche' actor was back on the sets and some close-up shots were filmed.

The actor is now returning to Hyderabad as the doctors suggested to take 6 weeks bed rest. Sreenu Vaitla is the director of 'Mister', produced by Nallamallapu Srinivas (Bujji). Gopimohan is the writer and Mickey J Meyer is scoring music.

Lavanya Tripathi and Hebah Patel are the female leads in this movie. Varun Tej is also acting in 'Fidaa', directed by Sekhar Kammula, wherein Malayalam 'Premam' fame Sai Pallavi, will be seen opposite him.
