After the succes of the recent 'Urumi', another big budgeted historical in the title 'Veeraputhran' will get to theatres tomorrow. Directed by P T kunju Muhammad, the movie will tell about the life and struggles of freedom fighter AbdhulRahiman Sahib. Young actor Naren will be in the role of a life time, playing the lead character while Raima sen debuts in Malayalam playing his wife Kunjubeevathu. Featuring around hundred other artistes in the cast lines, the movie was made in a budget of seven crores .

'Veeraputhran' will have a strong competitor on the same day in 'Sandwich', the new movie featuring Kunchakko Boban. Directed by M S Manu, 'Sandwich also features Richa Panai, Ananya, K B Ganeshkumar and Lalu Alex in important roles.
