Venky's sports drama to go on floors

It's known that, post Babu Bangaram, Venkatesh's next film to go on the floors will be the remake of Madhavan-starrer Irudhi Suttru (Saala Khadoos in Hindi). To be directed by Sudha Kongaru, the movie will have Ritika Singh reprising her own part from the original.

To be co-produced by D Suresh Babu, the sports drama will go on the floors in September. Efforts are on to shoot the first schedule in Vizag.

Venky will start growing a beard for the role. He is not going to sport six pack abs, but will look fit enough for the character.

Music is by Santosh Narayanan of Kabali fame. Cinematography is by Sivakumar Vijayan. Art direction is by Santhanam.
