It was recently that Mammootty took up the 'My Tree Challenge'. The actor had challenged Illayadalpathy Vijay, Suriya and Boolywood badshah Shah Rukh Khan to take up the challenge of planting a tree.
Vijay is the first to respond to the challenge. He has responded to the challenge in style, and with much enthusiasm. The actor is not planting one, but 25,000 trees. His wish to do so will be made a reality with the help of Adbul Ghani, who was the behind Abdul Kalam's Green Kalam project. The challenge is definitely picking up momentum.
