Vijay's 'Ghilli' that released more than seven years back rocked the BO then and set a new record for the lead actors, Vijay and Trisha. The film's songs were equally successful and 'Appadi Podu...' is still famous, not just among Tamil film patrons but is a favourite to many north Indians as well.

Now the latest is that this song will be remade in Hindi in the film 'Lucky Unlucky'! This movie will be produced by Simbu's 'Osthi' villain, Sonu Sood, who is also playing the lead in the film along with Mallika Sherawat.

'Appadi Podu...' had been composed by Vidyasagar, while Krishna Kumar Kunnath and Anuradha Sriram crooned the song.

'Lucky Unlucky' will be directed by Ajay Dhama and will be an out-and-out action entertainer.
