The ever affable Chiyaan Vikram was invited as a Chief Guest for the 36th India Day Parade held in New York on the 21st of August. One Prakash M Swamy claimed on his social media that the I` actor insulted fans, by refusing to take selfies with them and also behaving unprofessionally by constantly using his phone and texting on it.
