Vikram takes credit for Goli Soda's new achievement

Acclaimed cinematographer turned director Vijay Milton`s Goli Soda` is one of the highly successful and appreciated film of the year 2014. The film that had adolescents in lead characters is already topping the list of awards for the films that have been released in 2014 apart from completing a 100 day run in the theatres across Tamilnadu.

Now the film has got a new recognition. Goli Soda` will be screened in the prestigious Busan Film Festival to be held in South Korea. The film will be screened in Window of Asian Cinema category. Speaking about this, an excited Vijay Milton said, he will be leaving to Busan along with the film`s producer Bharath and actor Vikram, the hero of his next film that is currently under production. Milton said that but for Vikram, this achievement of Goli Soda` would not have happened.

Further elaborating on it, Milton said it was Vikram who not only insisted sending Goli Soda` to the film festival but also made the director come in contact with the Busan Film Festival director. The Festival director watched the film and asked them to send the film for screening in the festival.

Goli Soda` will be screened in the Festival on October 2 the date on which the film`s Telugu version will hit the screens worldwide.
