The pre-production work of Shankar`s sequel to his superhit Enthiran` is in full swing and the film is said to be budgeted in excess of Rupees 300 crores which makes it the costliest Indian movie ever. It is widely believed that Vikram is part of the cast and is going to play the main antagonist.

Now some contradicting news is in the air, which suggests that the resounding success of Baahubali` has prompted the makers to rethink their strategy and make the film a multilingual and that the team is looking for a top Bollywood superstar to be the opponent of Superstar Rajinikanth with both Katrina Kaif and Deepika Padukone as heroines. Enthiran 2` is produced by Lycaa Productions and official confirmation of this news is awaited.
