The pace, punch and perseverance all qualities of MS Ramesh directorial ventures are missing in this 'Villain' Kannada cinema. The protagonist as underdog in many places withdraw whistle situation the film faces.

The story also looks ancient and there is no required force to suit this into action category. Adhitya has earned a good reputation in the box office from 'Deadly Soma and Deadly-2'. He should think of enhancing his power like his colleagues Darshan, Sudeep and Puneeth Rajakumar opt for. Looking with beard and beaten by the situation is a minus point in the box office he should understand for his next films.

The protagonist Tippu works as assistant to politically connected nefarious dealers (played by Shobaraj and Rangayana Raghu). Feared by everyone Tippu faces a piquant situation because everyone in the town for getting any work done is using his name without seeing him. Anu (Ragini) friend also does the same thing. In the books of police department there is no proper proof to arrest Tippu.

Tippu saves the grace of a teenage girl on the streets at a signal light Anu starts melting toward him. She is not aware of Tippu and when Tippu is inquired he covers up his name saying he is Ajay. Anu and Ajay in the later reels fall in love. At the interval situation Anu's brother a crime journalist is murdered. For this Anu holds Ajay as responsible because she knows Ajay is none other than Tippu.

With a secret of his bosses in a murder case of Anu brother now Tippu wants to be approver but it takes some time for the climax. It is all as expected.

It is a mismatch for Aditya caliber. He has two action scenes that are not briskly composed. He is good in romantic moods with Ragini.

For Ragni this is another number increasing film with no solid stuff for her role. In the Garam Masala..song this Thuppa Beka Thuppa..specialist does not fit properly as she looks fat. There is no scope for Ragini in the acting department. The only match is her height with Adhitya.

Rangayana Raghu, Shobaraj, Malathi Sardeshpande and Dharma are quite OK. Gurukiran misses peppy tunes for this film. The recording or theatre is a real 'Villain' of this 'Villain' cinema.

For media that watches the film free faced horrible seating arrangements for the people who pay and watch it is still horrible ambience in Menaka theatre.

Worth missing!
