Actor Vishal's Detective thriller flick 'Thupparivaalan' has collected around Rs.16 crores in Tamil Nadu after completing 11 days at the box office. The film directed by Mysskin which received positive reviews upon release is turning out to be an average grosser as the Aayudha Pooja weekend approaches with a new set of Tamil biggies getting ready to hit the screens. 

The TN collection of 'Thupparivaalan' includes Rs.2.86 crore from Chennai, Rs.3.2 crores from Coimbatore, Rs.5.2 crores from Chengalpet and Rs.70 lakhs from Tirunelveli & Kanyakumari theatricals. 

Vishal had produced 'Thupparivaalan' under his Vishal Film Factory banner. The film also stars Vinay, Anu Emanuel, Andrea, K.Bhagyaraj, Prasanna and many others.
