Voices against film reviews have been raised from time to time. In this digital age, reviews have both pampered and panned movies, stars, directors and all. Some reviews even come close to trolling, sparing none at the first instance.

In this scenario, the outspoken and reform-oriented Nadigar Sangam official, actor-producer Vishal has said that it "would be nice if reviews come after opening weekend".

This wish has been expressed by some far less important and influential film personalities in Tollywood as well. Negative reviews affect small films more than big ones.

Everything said, even those who are in favour of putting in place curbs on reviews know well that it's neither possible nor legally viable.
