Vishal's Thimiru successfully completed a 100-day run Saturday.

The movie, directed by Tharun Gopi, featured Vishal and Reema Sen in lead roles. Shreya Reddy played the second heroine with a negative shade. Her performance as Eswari won her fame.

Just as the film has completed an eventful run, plans are on to celebrate the success of Thimiru in a grand manner.

Vishal, who has scored a hat-trick with Chellamae, Sandai Kozhi and Thimiru, elated at the 100-day run of Thimiru, said, 'After a roaring success in Sandai Kozhi, people expected me to work with an established director. However, I had faith in debutant Tharun Gopi's abilities. The script was different and had enough suspense elements in it. Every character had a role to play in the movie. It was challenging role for me and the director managed to extract the maximum from me.'

Meanwhile his next film Sivappathigaram is getting ready for release. Vishal says, ' I have full faith in director Karu Palaniappan. He has handled the movie in a matured way. I am sure that it would succeed. Also my Thamiraparani (directed by Hari) would be out early next year'.
