Presented by Manchu Ariyana and Manchu Viviyana, Produced by Manchu Mohan Babu, Manchu Vishnu's 'Doosukeltha' had its audio launched in a gala celebrations organized by Manchu Lakshmi and intermittently by Manchu Manoj. Well, that says it all. It was a very pleasant evening with Hollywood actress Manchu Lakshmi inviting all the guests in her 'Premato Mee Laksmi' tone and her grace took the guests and all those present thru the evening. It was natural of her to anchor the show coz she knew all the guests by name and everyone present was either addressed 'Uncle' or 'Annayya’ and they obliged.

The show was typically highlighted by two things. One, the guests talking about their association with Mohan Babu and his conduct (So much so that even a skit was presented about the ace actor’s perceived principles of discipline and self centeredness). The other was the hero Vishnu’s completion of ten years in the film industry and a regular reference to his two hits ‘Dhee’ and ‘Denikaina Ready’.

The songs were launched by groups of guests viz., KRR, Nageshwara Reddy, Paruchuri Gopala Krishna, B Gopal, Srinu Vaitla, Ali, Ram Jogaiah Shastry, Ram Jogaiah Shastry, Dasarath, Sunil and Srivas not in that order though. The guests spoke whole heartedly and at length about the family.

‘Mohan Babu Is Indeed Manchu Inside’: Paruchuri Gopala Krishna

Paruchuri Gopala Krishna said ‘Mohan Babu is hot tempered outside but quite cool inside as his surname suggests (Manchu Means Ice). Vishnu inculcated great habits like discipline and involving the family in his productions. Vishnu has virtues which will help him grow to heights in his career’ Nageshwara Reddy, director of ‘Denikaina Ready’ said ‘The posters look awesome and Vishnu will crack all the records with this film. I saw the rushes of the film and they are rocking’ Hansika said ‘It’s always good to be associated with 24 frames, this family and all the best to Vishnu and his film’

‘Letter D Has A Special Place In Vishnu’s Career’: Srinu Vaitla

Director Srinu Vaitla said ‘Vishnu is like my younger brother and has all the qualities to shine as a star. Veeru is a good writer and will prove as a good director too. The letter D has brought much luck to Vishnu and I wish the omen continues with this film too’ Director Srivas said ‘I am happy for my association with Manchu family and Vishnu in particular. Vishnu has a passionate producer in him, the songs are terrific and the rushes look great and I am sure about the result’

‘Vishnu Will Be Called Andhra Amitabh’: Brahmanandam

Brahmanandam announced that ‘Doosukeltha is already a hit and from now on Vishnu will be called Andhra Amitabh. Veeru is a sweet and committed director and a perfectionist. My combination with Vishnu will be a good follow up to Dhee and Denikaina Ready’ Ram Jogaiah Shastry said ‘I wrote all the title songs of Vishnu’s super hit films and even this film’s title song as well. Veeru is a director with lots of patience and clarity’ Ali reminisced his association with Mohan Babu and wished Vishnu luck. Raghu Babu wished the unit luck. Tanish and Varun Sandesh wished the team luck.

‘It Will Be A Landmark In Vishnu’s Career’: Sunil

Sunil said ‘It’s a writing on the wall that this film will be a landmark success so much so that they will talk about his career as Pre and Post ‘Doosukeltha’ Dasarath said ‘This looks like a family function’ B Gopal said ‘Mohan Babu is a wonderful person and very sensitive at heart. Vishnu is a fantastic actor and the movie will be a great success’

‘I Know What Veeru Potla Can Deliver’: Manoj Manchu

Manoj said ‘The film will be a great success coz I know what Veeru can deliver’ Lavanya thanked the director for helping her for the comic timing, Vishnu for the support as a co-star, Sarvesh for making her look pretty and Mani Sharma for the beautiful music. Sarvesh Murari ‘I am fortunate for the opportunity and I love the comedy in the film’

‘I Owe It All To My Father’: Vishnu

Vishnu said ‘I could complete my ten years only with my father’s blessings. I still remember what he said just before the release of my first film. Don’t mind the success or failure of your film but I am confident of you as an actor. I owe to my family for believing in me thru the small journey. Then Dasari Narayana Rao for teaching me a very special lesson on the day of launch of my career. I am supposed to produce ‘Ravan’ with Raghavendra Rao. Sunil and Nithiin are great personal friends to me and thank Srini Vaitla and Nageshwara Reddy for the successes. Choreographer Prem Rakshit brought the dancing talent in me. Father called me when I was in the US and said about this story and Manoj set the whole project up and I thank him for that.

‘I Owe It To The Team’: Veeru Potla

Veeru Potla said ‘I owe to Mani Sharma for the music and I am sure the output will be loved by all. There are two shades in Vishnu’s character and Vishnu did a great job in portraying the character. Lavanya is a very good performer with a great timing. Tripathi is a new villain and delivered a great performance. All the technicians have worked like a good team and I plan to do Bindaas 2 with Manoj again’

‘Blessed To Have DNR & KRR On The Stage Today’: Mohan Babu

Mohan Babu ‘I cannot pay back the love and adoration the fans give us. I thank all the stalwarts, friends and fans to bless my son’s efforts. I thank the nature and the God for blessing the Telugu Film Industry with legends like Dasari Narayana Rao and Raghavendra Rao and I thank them for coming over to bless my son, his film and the team’

‘Director Is The Greatest’: Dasari Narayana Rao

Dasari said ‘I wish Vishnu who is now starting to gear up for the real journey coz, the first ten years is only a preparation, a warm up. The evening is so pleasant coz of the affection the family members of Mohan Babu reciprocate with one another and outsiders too. Once you befriend Mohan Babu, it’s impossible to leave him. Mohan Babu had the most number of successes and failures but created a history for himself and the history is being extended by his kids. The one character that they inculcated from their father which I taught him, is discipline. But patience is a virtue which they developed themselves. Directors Srinu Vaitla, Nageshwara Reddy and Veeru Potla for carving the actor Vishnu is today. It’s the directors that make actors and stars. If an actor acts his role, director enacts all the forty roles in the film. So, learn from the directors, don’t teach them what it is. Veeru is a very good writer and I wish he succeeds. I am happy to see that today’s directors are writing their own scripts. I am confident this film will reach the expectations. Lavanya Tripathi looks beautiful on screen and I have a feeling she is a natural actress. I congratulate the team of cast and crew and wish them a great success.
