Vishnu Sene
The blockbusters in Tamil 'Ramana' (starring Vijayakanth) and in Telugu 'Tagore' (starring Chiranjeevi) is 'Vishnu Sene' in Kannada starring superstar Vishnuvardhana in a revolutionary role.
The happily married couple living in an apartment fumbles because of poor construction. Hundreds of people die. The professor who is the protagonist in the film investigates the reasons. He finds that it is because of poor quality of materials used is the reason. From then on he wages a silent war on corruption. In the college he trains up students to be always alert against corruption. The 'Sene' (team) he builds up brings an order in the society and brings an awareness is created against corruption by using wrong paths. An ordinary constable slowly studies the happenings. He gets a clue that the nefarious activities taking place for good is happening from the students who all belong to one college and this is where the professor is teaching. Rest is unrest. But the protagonist leaves this issue to the people to decide on his action against total dismay in the society.
Director Naganna and Vishnuvardhana combinations have never failed on screen. From Hello Daddy, Soorappa, Kotigobba the combination has been superb for the producers. Now this 'Vishnu Sene' has been completed. The post-production activities for the film are briskly going on. Ashutosh Rana the bad man of Bollywood cinema is making his first presence in Kannada.
This film is slated for release in October.
