Parthipan who will be appearing as a stylish cop in his forthcoming, 'Vithagan', which is seeing a November 18 release has expressed that the film is not an experimental one, but a perfect commercial entertainer.

Parthipan plays a cop, Rowthiran, who is manipulative and smart. He shed almost 12 kilos to fit well the role! 'Vithagan' is a high voltage action entertainer and Parthipan, it is said, hasn't used a body double in most of the stunts!

The climax is the highlight of the film. Parthipan says, "Yes the climax is the highlight as it shot atop a 17th floor where the villain, Milind Soman, would land on a private aircraft and push me out of the wall and I will be hanging on the sky holding on to an iron rod. It was dangerous, but I could pull it off, thanks to my stunt master.

Poorna who plays a Christian girl in the film is said to have a meaty role with ample importance.

Parthipan is currently toying with the idea of directing a Telugu film with a top-notch hero. His next in Tamil is 'Kadarkarai', that is meant for the adult audience as it deals with a serious topic. Parthipan will direct this film with new faces as lead and will not be seen in it. It is said that he researched more than decade on this script.
