One of the most sought after leading ladies of the South cinema, Kajal Agarwal is also a much in demand model who has endorsed many brands in the past. In 2008, she had featured in the commercial of a popular coconut oil brand. Kajal filed a case in the court stating that the coconut oil company is still playing the ad she featured in and also claimed 2.5 Crores as compensation.
The case came up for hearing today (9/8/2017) and the judge Ravindran dismissed Kajal Agarwal`s case stating that according to the Indian Copyrights Act the company can utilize ads for a period of sixty years . Kajal meanwhile has her Telugu/Tamil bilingual Naan Aanayitaal` opposite Rana Daggubatti releasing this Friday the 18th of August.
