Gautham Menon’s romantic tale, ‘Vinnaithandi Varuvaya’ will now be remade in Hindi.

‘VTV’ was already made in Telugu apart from Tamil and now in Hindi. Director Gautham Menon will direct the Hindi version besides co-producing it. As of now, a press release from IN Entertainment (INE), part of Hinduja Group, the acquirers of the Hindi remake rights, announced that A R Rahman will be part of the project. Other technicians or cast for the new project have not been finalized yet.

Gautham is currently busy in developing the screenplay for the Hindi version. A couple of years back, ‘Minnale’ was remade in Hindi, then his ‘Kaakha Kaakha’ was noticed and was remade in Telugu with Venkatesh and will be remade in Hindi with John Abraham shortly, but Gautham won’t be directing it.

Now it’s the turn of VTV! Let us expect a romantic treat. He’ll probably fine tune it and create a better impression than his previous remake outings. All the best Gautham!
