The whole industry is talking about whether this year’s Filmfare Awards would be happy wedding gift for the hot couple Suriya and Jyothika.

The Filmfare Awards are to be announced on September 9.

And among the front runners for the Award on both sides are Suriya and Jyothika.

Suriya is in the running for Ghajini while Jyothika is for Chandramukhi.

While, the industry pundits reckon that it maybe a cinch for Jyothika as Chandramukhi was an outstanding show. Jyothika’s chief competitor would seem to be Asin, who has been nominated for Ghajini and Majaa.

Suriya has a tougher competition in comparison. His Ghajini is up against the explosive Anniyan Vikram.

Obviously, it would be tough choice to make.

Others in the reckoning are Vijay (Sivakasi), Cheran (Thavamai Thavamirundhu) and Jeeva (Raam).

On the distaff side it is Sada (Anniyan) and Laila (Kanda Naal Mudhal).
