'Cocktail' has released and bets are currently being placed on how far would the film eventually go.

While this Homi Adajania directed affair was pegged as THE film which could possibly take Deepika Padukone into the 100 crore club (something that her senior Kareena Kapoor and peer Asin have aplenty), one wonders whether her heart too pines for finding a membership there.

"I know this may sound diplomatic but seriously, money doesn't matter to me; it is for the producers to think", says Deepika with a smile, "Whether a film of mine does 50, 100 or 150 crores, it is irrelevant when I look at this in the context of the film's real worth. 'Aarakshan' didn't do 100 crores but that doesn't mean I am not proud of it.

On the other hand 'Om Shamti Om' as well as 'Love Aaj Kal' have done tremendous business and I am equally happy about them too." She goes on to continue, "For me, what matters most is when people come and tell me that they loved my film and me.

This is what I have been hearing about 'Cocktail' which has justified my faith in it being so special. Physically, emotionally or mentally, I invested so much into it that I completely drained myself.

I just love the fact that my performance as Veronica is being looked forward to."
