SS Rajamouli is the year's most written-about Telugu director nationally. From being praised for coming up with a simple but ingenuous film to excelling technically, he has had it all. Shankar, Anurag Kashyap, Rajinikanth, Chiranjeevi - he had praises from everyone. RGV took fawning to another level when he asked the director to put up his tweet feet on Twitter so that he could touch them.

The Hindi version of Eega is going to hit the screens on Oct 12 as Makkhi. With Kajol and Ajay Devgn lending their voices to be heard during the title credits, the film has generated publicity in the past two days. However, its impact was initially felt when the DevD director stated that he had been waiting to watch Eega for long time.

Then, Rajeev Masand (the film critic of a popular 24/7 news channel) recently said that the film was so imaginative and inventive that he had most fun whilst watching it. Though he watched the film in Telugu, he could connect with the film since it spoke “universal language.”

It has to be seen if Makkhi rules the roost in Bollywood BO.
