Buzz is that Vijayakanth's Sudesi might hit the theatres even before his Perarasu would see the light of the day.

Though the latter went to production first, various controversies surrounding the movie might delay its release.

Sudesi is a home production of 'Captain' and is being directed by debutant Jeppi AY.

The movie features Vijayakanth in a macho-man's role and supposedly dwells on political ideologies of Vijayakanth.

Having floated a political party and now all gearing up for Assembly polls, Vijayakanth ideally wants Sudesi to be released this month. It seems all negotiations are over to have Sudesi released this month.

Meanwhile, Perarasu produced by Khaja Mohideen, struck with financial problems, may have to wait for some more time.
