When the realities are mixed with fiction what happens? The film like `Yaare Koogadali' a remake of `Poraali' happens. When one look at the sensible issues in the film it is a pointer to the theory of Aristotle - Man is a social animal - he should live and let others to live in peace and harmony. The dramatic presentation to grab the box office action, violence and punches that is overboard is fiction part. Coming to the one and only laxity of this film is camera placement in the close ups. Cameraman Sukumar should have looked at a few films of Puneeth Rajakumar to give more effect and looks of the actor. By and large this `Yaare Koogadali' is a right pick from `Poraali' by Dr Rajakumar family banner. The contents in the film are what inspire anyone to make this kind of cinema. `Poraali' may not be a super hit cinema in Tamil but its Kannada version has the `Power' called Puneeth Rajakumar. The suspense loaded in this film is also quite engaging to watch. The real worth of the film is what the film says. In this film the protagonist with not much of education reaching heights in doing well for people around him and finally telling the tormentors all of us could have lived happily is touching. Set in the village backdrop in the flash back the runaway duo - Kumara and Natesha (Puneeth Rajakumar and Yogesh) with no job create magic by starting paid service station. For the services they make the fortune turns to their side from one of the big shots. They are at a place where they have no relations. At this place the terror strikes. The story goes to flashback of both Kumara and Natesha. When it comes back the power of duo is strong and the detractors cannot do anything. Power Star Puneeth Rajakumar has made another wonderful selection. His temperament required for the film is so fine. There is lot of maturity in the role. Yogesh comedy sense and ability to emote is good. Dr Girish Karnad as doctor has a small and interesting presence that brings in lot of change in protagonist. Jackie Bhavana, Sindhu Lokanath are quite OK. Ravishanker, Sandeep, Malavika, Achyuth Kumar, Shobaraj, Sadhu Kokila have given great support. The film has all the commercial values besides good points to note. Cameraman Sukumar is specialist in wide angle shots it seems. V Harikrishna timely songs Yaarivanu..Halo 1 2 3 mike testing.and Kempadho Kempadho.are well done. The film has greed, vengeance, good deeds, struggle, need for self reliance, sentiments etc. What else is required to go and watch this film! Score - 7.5/10
